Our Mission

We empower professional women to stay resilient, valued and fulfilled in careers that evolve with their lives. Through coaching, strategy and community we support them in aligning careers with evolving priorities and aspirations and guide them to embrace change with clarity, confidence and purpose, overcoming challenges in the workplace.

About me

Hi! I’m Debra and I’d like to help you find satisfaction, success and fulfilment in your career.

I’ve enjoyed an international career in Higher Education and corporate Learning and Development, holding senior roles in five countries. With a Master’s in Education and a Doctorate in Social Science focused on career transitions, I speak and write on learner motivation, positive psychology, and professional identity. My own professional experiences, and my research, have made me passionate about supporting women through career change and leadership challenges.

My other passions are my pets: a wayward Husky and two delinquent cats; and horses. I enjoy yoga to try to stop my joints from seizing up and I occasionally turn my hand to creating somewhat wonky pots. I live in the mountains of Spain and speak fluent Spanish and slightly rusty French.

Working with Debra boosted my professional confidence enormously at a time when I was feeling overlooked and undervalued.
